This multi-display splitter connects three 4K or 8K DisplayPort monitors, projectors or televisions to the DisplayPort output on your laptop or desktop computer. Recommended for digital signage in schools, churches, trade shows, hotels, office conference rooms, restaurants, bars and retail outlets, the B156-003-8K helps you create video walls, give audio/video presentations in front of large audiences or stream 4K/8K video to multiple locations. By connecting the DisplayPort input to a source that supports DisplayPort MST Mode, you may connect three monitors simultaneously. This allows you to display the same image on each monitor, extend your host desktop across all monitors or combine all monitors into one large display as a video wall. LED indicators let you know which monitors are receiving an AV signal.
The B156-003-8K supports Ultra HD resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz per monitor with 12-bit Deep Color and 2-channel LPCM audio in extended desktop and mirror modes. In video wall mode, it supports expanded resolutions, including 11520 x 2160 at 60 Hz (3x1 vertical configuration) and 3840 x 6480 at 60 Hz (1x3 horizontal configuration). The B156-003-8K is compliant with The B156-003-8K supports HDR (High Dynamic Range), providing a wide range of vibrant colors with richer contrast, brighter whites and deeper blacks that pop on your 4K display. HDCP 2.3 encryption allows you to stream 4K content with no complications. This splitter also supports uncompressed 4:4:4 chroma subsampling for top-level PC gaming or using your HDTV as a PC monitor.
Just connect your source device and your monitors with user-supplied DisplayPort cables up to 15 feet (4.6 meters). No software or drivers are needed. Plug the included external power supply into a compatible AC outlet. Four international plug adapters (North America, Europe, U.K., Australia) are also included. Rugged metal enclosure comes with detachable brackets for mounting on a level surface.
